  (ISRIF)\nELIGIBILITY\n\nOpen to high school students (or equivalent to sec
 ondary school level).\nProjects may be submitted individually or by teams o
 f up to three students.\nWork must be primarily student driven. Reasonable 
 guidance from teachers or mentors is acceptable and should be acknowledged 
 in the project materials.\nProjects may originate from school programs\, in
 dependent work\, or another research initiative\, provided the student(s) c
 an clearly articulate their own contributions. \n\nCOMPETITION FORMAT\nPos
 ter Presentation — Primary Judging Round\nEach project will be presented 
 as a printed scientific poster displayed on-site. Students must be availabl
 e for one-on-one or small-panel interviews with the judges\, typically last
 ing 5–10 minutes per visit. Each poster will be evaluated independently b
 y three judges\, and the judges’ scores will be averaged to determine the
  preliminary ranking. \nJudges’ Caucus and Final Ranking\nThe highest-sco
 ring posters will advance to the judges’ caucus for further review and di
 scussion. During the caucus\, the judges will compare the top projects and 
 determine the final rankings.\nSUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS\nSubmission deadline
 : August 31\, 2026\nAll materials must be submitted by the announced deadli
 ne. Incomplete submissions may not be accepted for judging.\n\nETHICS STATE
