Poster Session
The poster session serves as the primary stage of evaluation. Participants present their research using a scientific poster, while judges conduct brief interviews to assess understanding, methodology, and results. This format emphasizes clear communication and direct engagement with evaluators.
Oral Presentation
Top-ranked projects from each category are invited to deliver an oral presentation. Finalists present their work in a structured format followed by a short question-and-answer session. Evaluation focuses on clarity, depth of understanding, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Panel
The panel session features invited speakers who share insights on research pathways, academic development, and future opportunities in science and engineering. This session provides participants with valuable guidance, inspiration, and perspective beyond their individual projects.
