COMPETITION FORMAT
Poster Presentation — Primary Judging Round
Each project is presented as a printed scientific poster displayed on-site. Students must be available for one-on-one or small-panel judge interviews (typically 5–10 minutes per visit). The poster session is the core evaluation stage and determines which projects advance to the finalist round.
Oral Presentation — Finalist Round
Top-ranked projects from each category are invited to deliver a 10-minute oral presentation including a brief Q&A. Students may use slides or speak from their poster.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All materials must be submitted by the announced deadline. Incomplete submissions may not be accepted for judging.
