All participants must register in advance. Registration confirms your spot and covers on-site logistics, including poster board and lunch on the day of the fair. Registration for the ISRIF Fair opens on June 1, 2026, and closes on September 4, 2026. The event will be held on September 26, 2026.

Registration fees are set at USD $80 for individual projects, USD $130 for teams of two students, and USD $180 for teams of three students. Non-student attendees, including family members and mentors, may attend at a rate of USD $50 per person. Lunch is included for all registered participants.

Be sure to submit all materials by the deadline to be considered.

The top three projects in each category will receive cash prizes. Award decisions are based on the full evaluation: poster presentation, judge interview, and (where applicable) oral presentation. In addition to category awards, special recognition will be given to outstanding projects demonstrating excellence in research design and community impact.

Please choose one of the following three poster formats for your research poster preparation.
Poster size: 40 inches (101.6 cm) wide
Poster height: 30–42 inches (76.2–106.68 cm) high
This format is designed to be displayed on a tabletop easel.
Please note: the display easel must be self-provided.
Poster size: 48 inches (121.92 cm) wide
Poster height: 30–48 inches (76.2–121.92 cm) high
This format is also intended for display on a tabletop easel.

Center panel width: 24 inches (60.96 cm)
Side panel width: 12–16 inches each (30.48–40.64 cm)
Height: 40–48 inches (101.6–121.92 cm)
A tri-fold poster can usually stand on a table by itself, so a display easel is generally not required.
